Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician (Non-Operative Orthopedics Focus) - Lewes, DE Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (On-site) Setting: Outpatient Private Practice Schedule Options: Mon-Thurs (8am - 4:30pm) Optional flexible weekend and after-hours shifts (not required) Telehealth half-day on Fridays Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with Sports Medicine fellowship training to join a modern, technology-driven outpatient practice. This role focuses on non-surgical orthopedic care, including the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and chronic joint disorders. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions Provide non-operative orthopedic care, including: Joint and soft tissue injections (corticosteroid, viscosupplementation, PRP if applicable) Ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred) Develop personalized rehabilitation and return-to-activity plans Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and primary care providers Manage a patient panel with an average of 16 patients per day Participate in telehealth services Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Family Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship Active or eligible Delaware medical license & DEA registration Open To: New graduates & Physicians completing fellowship training soon Benefits: Health & dental insurance Malpractice coverage CME allowance 4-5 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Partnership opportunity after Year 1 $20,000 sign-on bonus & Up to $6,000 relocation assistance Additional Details: Patient Volume: 80 patients per week ( 16 per day) Patient Population: Ages 13+ Setting: 100% outpatient private practice Call Schedule: Minimal; no required weekends Start Date: Flexible; typically within 6 months If interested send your resume to (or) Contact: by Jobble
