Opportunity Physician (MD) - Family Medicine Job Details Provide family medicine coverage for 3 shifts per week with flexible scheduling Work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts with 1 hour unpaid lunch break See approximately 20 patients per shift in a 16-bed department Internal medicine physicians will also be considered for this position Must be board certified or board eligible with minimum fellowship requirement of 2 years BLS and PALS certifications required Provide comprehensive family medicine services including well woman care, prenatal care, and ultrasounds (preferred) Treat patients across all age groups with focus on pediatric care from toddlers through adolescents Handle newborn care and resuscitation as preferred skills Provide both general outpatient and inpatient care services * Work in a Level 4 trauma facility environment Facility: This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive medical system that provides family medicine and multi-specialty care to the community.
