Family Services Administrator-on-Call (Contractor)

We Are Sharing Hope SC is seeking an experienced Family Services Administrator-On-Call to support our Family Services team in an Independent Contractor capacity. This role provides leadership and operational oversight during assigned 24-hour on-call shifts, supporting organ donation cases across South Carolina through real-time case management, staff guidance, hospital collaboration, and regulatory compliance oversight. Ideal candidates will have: 3+ years of OPO Family Services Coordinator experience required Prior team lead/FSAOC experience required Knowledge of We Are Sharing Hope SC’s DSA preferred Strong knowledge of OPTN/UNOS, CMS, and brain death guidelines Experience supporting high-acuity donor cases and family conversations Ability to work remotely during scheduled 24-hour call shifts Contractors will work approximately 5-8 shifts per month and limited travel to SC may be needed.
