Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, coordinating with the team to minimize wait times Handle all cashier duties accurately using POS systems Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions about menu items, restaurant policies, and special requests Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including host stand and cashier station Assist take-out orders Support team members during busy hours by managing guest flow and ensuring smooth operations Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and guest relations Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Experience with food service operations and customer service roles is highly valued Strong communication skills with an ability to engage positively with diverse guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Previous experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering authentic Japanese ramen experiences!
