We are a diversified farm with greenhouse production, ornamental/flower growing, field crops, and a retail farm market.We are growing quickly and looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of that growth.The right candidate will help us continue to expand our operations, strengthen our production, and improve the overall customer experience.Each employee is placed in a role that aligns with their strengths so they can excel and grow with us.Greenhouse Work Watering, spacing, pruning, and caring for plants Seeding, transplanting, and potting Loading and unloading trucks Maintaining clean and organized greenhouse spaces Monitoring plant health and reporting issues Field Work Planting, weeding, harvesting, and general field maintenance Lifting, carrying, and moving materials/equipment Assisting with production of flowers, vegetables, and ornamental crops Operating Farm equipment Retail Farm Market Greeting and assisting customers Restocking produce, plants, and merchandise Maintaining clean displays and work areas Operating point-of-sale/register (training provided) Requirements Minimum 2 years Experience in greenhouse, nursery, agriculture Basic plant knowledge or strong interest in horticulture Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work weekends or peak-season hours when needed Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling Weekend availability preferred Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee discount on plants/produce This is a seasonal position that has opportunity to become year round.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Work Location:In person Pay:$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid sick time Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
