Bryant Beef is looking for a hard-working farm and facilities laborer to help with day-to-day projects across our cattle operation, slaughterhouse, and retail facility.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building things, and staying active throughout the day.The work varies daily and includes tasks such as fencing, basic carpentry, equipment setup, and general farm maintenance.You will work remotely and with our team to complete projects that improve our farm and facilities.Responsibilities:Installing and repairing farm fencing, Assisting with cattle, barn and building repairs, Performing basic carpentry and construction tasks, Maintaining farm equipment and tools, Helping with property improvements and maintenance.Assisting with general labor around the farm and facilities, Occasional help with cattle handling and farm operations, Keeping work areas organized and safe.Requirements:Ability to perform physical outdoor work, Comfortable lifting 50pounds, Experience with basic tools and construction tasks, Reliable transportation, Strong work ethic and ability to take direction, Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Preferred:Experience with fencing, Experience with farm work or livestock, Basic carpentry or construction experience, Equipment operation (tractor, mower, etc.)Pay$16 - $20 per hour to start depending on experience.Opportunities for long-term work and advancement for the right person.Schedule:Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work if there is a farm emergency(livestock out) Being on call for livestock emergencies is mandatory for this position.About Bryant Beef:Bryant Beef is a vertically integrated cattle and meat business located in East Tennessee.Our operation includes cattle production, meat processing, and direct-to-consumer retail sales.We are continuing to grow and are looking for dependable people who want to work hard and be part of building something long-term.Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
