OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team.This role includes general farm maintenance, equipment repair, field work and operating heavy machinery in various weather conditions.Duties Operate and maintain heavy equipment used in farming operations.Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required throughout daily tasks.Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.Experience Previous experience in farming or agricultural roles is preferred.Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating and troubleshooting farm equipment.Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is an advantage.Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.Join us in our commitment to sustainable farming practices while contributing to the local community.We look forward to welcoming a passionate Farm Hand who shares our vision for agricultural excellence.Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule:10 hour shift 8 hour shift Extended hours Weekends as needed Ability to Commute:Quincy, OH 43343 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Quincy, OH 43343:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
