Job SummaryJoin our dynamic farm team as a Farm Hand and Equipment Operator, where your energy and expertise will drive the success of our agricultural operations.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the farm's infrastructure, operating heavy machinery, caring for livestock, and supporting crop production activities.Your proactive approach and mechanical skills will ensure smooth daily operations, promote animal well-being, and contribute to sustainable farming practices.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our farm's productivity and growth.Duties Operate and maintain a variety of farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and power tools to ensure efficient workflow.Assist with animal husbandry tasks such as feeding, watering, vaccinating and health monitoring for cattle farm.Perform equipment repairs and welding as needed to keep machinery in optimal condition; conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.Assist in tasks related to animal handling, crop management, or equipment operation.Use hand tools and heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols; perform heavy lifting when necessary for farm projects or animal care.Experience preferred but not required.Physical stamina needed for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions & capability of performing physically demanding tasks daily.Must be reliable & dependable.Show up for work and be on time.Pay based on experience.Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
