Job OverviewCome learn small scale organic farming from one of the oldest organic farms in the Southeast.With 33 years of vegetable production, Crystal Organic Farm has made a name for themselves in the local food and agriculture industry.We are seeking one full time dynamic farmer with a passion for organic agriculture and the dedication to the hard work that is required in farming.Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate! Duties Planting, seeding, weeding, harvesting, packing all aspects of organic farming ability to work alone or with farm crew members comfortable working outdoors in inclement weather year round Pay:From $16.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Application Question(s):Why are you interested in pursuing a job in small scale organic agriculture?
