Hansen Holsteins is a small family dairy farm that is looking for a full time, 18 year or older, self-motivated, hard worker to help with farm chores, Milking, feeding and caring for animals as well as helping with watering and harvesting of field crops.Must be able to drive a manual transmission, and have experience pulling a trailer.Work shifts are both morning (4:30-9:00am or until finished) and afternoons (1:30 -6:00 pm or until finished), You will also be required to work every other weekend (both morning and afternoon chore time) and some Holidays.We do try to work with collage or other schedules as long as it works with ours also.Starting pay $13-$15 an hour.Pay will be based on your dependability, work abilities and skill.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Moving sprinkler pipes Tractor work Harvesting crops Feeding calves/cows Milking Cows Cleaning pens Caring for animals Working every other weekend and some holidays Qualifications:Must have a valid driver's license.Ability to operate or learn how to operate farm equipment.Able to drive a manual transmission & pull a trailer.Strong work ethic, dependable, reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented 18 years or older This position requires considerable physical activity.Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects.Employees work outside and will not be protected from weather conditions, including extreme cold and extreme heat for extended periods.Required Documents:please attach:1.Resume Job Type:Full-time Pay:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
