Position:Farm HandLocation:Jet, Oklahoma AreaIndustry:Farming & Ranching Operations About Us We are a fifth-generation family farm operated by a father-and-son pair, with one seasonal hand who helps during the summer.Our operation is rooted in hard work, long days, and a deep respect for the land and livestock.We are looking for someone who understands the demands of agriculture and is willing to put in the hours when the work requires it.About the Role This is not a traditional 8-5 job.During peak seasons--especially planting and harvest--you will work long days, nights, and weekends.There will be stretches of sunup-to-sundown work, and during harvest, it is common to work late into the night or early morning.If you are dependable, self-motivated, and not afraid of physical labor or long hours, this role may be a strong fit.Key Responsibilities Operate tractors and farm equipment for fieldwork, planting, and harvest Move, haul, and work cattle Build and repair fences Perform general farm labor and equipment upkeep Mow and maintain lawns for the owners' properties, including their residence Assist with daily tasks across the farm as needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during busy seasons Experience with tractors and farm equipment (preferred, but willing to train the right person) Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions Comfort working with cattle Reliability, honesty, and commitment to showing up Respect for the heritage and expectations of a multi-generation farm What You Can Expect Working directly alongside the owners A role where your work directly impacts the operation Variety in daily tasks An opportunity to learn and grow in a hands-on agricultural environment To Apply please email your resume to castlefarms73749@gmail.com Pay:$16.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
