Farm Hand/Laborer

General farm work associated with conventional and organic row crop production, and a fully automated swine finishing operation.CDL preferred but not required.Applicant could aways obtain CDL at a later date.High school education or equivalent required.However, aside from education, the applicant must have both a willingness to learn and to work.Mechanical skills preferred.Operation of farm equipment of all types will be required.A current drivers license is required.Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.Compensation will be based on applicant's experience.McCune Farms is a family owned farming operation, with a team based work environment.Looking for seasonal harvest help as well as full time employment.Full time employment would be salaried.We also offer benefits such as health insurance.Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.75 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Schedule:Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay:Bonus pay Experience:Farming:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
