Full Time Farm Hand - Mebane Full-time position on a horse farm in Mebane.A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Must be able to confidently and safely operate equipment including tractors, mowing machines, weed whackers, trimmers, chain saw, blowers, skid steer, aerator, plow, etc.Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning stalls and pastures, mowing, weed whacking, spreading lime, fertilizer and seed, fence building and repair, clearing trails, minor maintenance and repair of equipment, moving hay and feed for horses, etc.Schedule is flexible depending on weather conditions and required work projects.Candidate must meet the following Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extreme heat and cold Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 -90 pounds Must have a current driver's license and good driving record Ability to drive a truck with a trailer Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must be able to work well independently and as a team member.A positive can-do attitude and takes initiative and gets along well with others.Pay is commensurate with experience and ability.For more information, please contact pamd0705@gmail.com or text 609-802-1838.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location:In person.
