Dairy Farm Milker - Flat Barn (250 Cows) Location:Mt.Horeb, WI Schedule:Morning & Evening Milking Shifts Compensation:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Start Date:Immediate About the Farm We are a family-run dairy farm milking 250 cows in a flat-barn setup.We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our milking team.This position is year-round and can be part-time or full-time depending on the applicant.Responsibilities Milking Duties (Primary Role):Milking cows in a flat-barn parlor following farm protocols Pre- and post-milking cow care Cleaning and maintaining the parlor and equipment Monitoring cow health and reporting concerns Additional Hours Available (Optional):If the right individual wants more hours, tasks may include:Feeding and bedding animals Pen scraping or skid-steer work Assisting with youngstock General farm help and maintenance Seasonal field work (if interested and capable) Schedule Morning milking:Evening milking:Could be hired for mornings, evenings, or both Weekend or rotating shifts may be required Opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate Requirements Reliable and punctual Ability to work safely around cattle Good work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks No experience required -- training provided Experience with dairy, livestock, machinery, or milking is a plus Benefits Weekly pay Stable year-round employment Flexible hours Opportunity to learn multiple areas of dairy farming Potential to grow into more responsibility Call or text Jason 608-576-9374 , send a message, or reply to this post with your name and availability Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
