OverviewJoin our dynamic agricultural team as a Dairy Farm Worker and become an essential part of cultivating a thriving, sustainable dairy farm environment.This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, handle a variety of farm operations, and contribute directly to the growth and care of crops and livestock.We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, proactive in their tasks, and passionate about agriculture and animal husbandry.Whether you're experienced or new to farming, this position provides a rewarding environment where your skills will grow alongside our farm's success.Duties Assist with planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery.Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently.Care for livestock by feeding, watering, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring animal health.Conduct general farm maintenance including equipment repair, fencing repairs, and cleaning work areas with hand tools or power tools.Collaborate with team members on daily tasks to ensure smooth farm operations.Skills Proven supervising experience or ability to lead small teams effectively in a farm setting.Not necessary but a bonus:Mechanical knowledge including basic equipment repair, welding skills, and familiarity with farm machinery.Extensive animal husbandry experience with a focus on animal care and handling techniques.Ability to operate heavy machinery, and power tools safely following safety protocols.MUST have a driver's license.Hands-on experience with dairy cows is highly desirable.Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or feeding schedules.Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.Knowledge of maintenance procedures for farm equipment and infrastructure upkeep.This role is ideal for energetic individuals ready to immerse themselves in all aspects of farm life while developing valuable skills in agriculture technology and animal management.Join us in cultivating a productive environment where your efforts directly impact the growth of our crops and care of our dairy cows.Pay:$14.50 - $15.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
