Full-Time Farm Hand Wanted - Palm Beach Gardens, FLThe Blessed Lamb Farm - A Private Alpaca & Donkey Farm and Palm Tree Nursery We're looking for a dependable and animal-loving Farm Hand to join our small team on a beautiful, gated 5-acre Sylvester palm tree farm in Palm Beach Gardens.This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a peaceful, safe, scenic environment surrounded by alpacas, llamas, mini donkeys, bunnies, and more.Schedule & Hours:7 hours per day, 5 days a week (Wednesday - Monday) Morning Shift:6 AM-Noon Evening:5-7pm Responsibilities:Handle maintenance and handyman tasks around the property Feed and care for animals daily Rake out stalls and maintain clean enclosures Refill and clean water containers Powerwash Decks, Patios Water plants Trim Palm Trees Fix Fences as needed Take out garbage Keep the farm tidy, clean, organized, and running smoothly Ideal Candidate:Enjoys being outdoors Hard Worker Organized Knowledge of how to fix things, figure things out Strong work ethic and reliable - rain or shine Handy with tools and able to troubleshoot and fix things Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail Has reliable transportation Speaks English, Portuguese, or Spanish - all are welcome!
