As a Farm Production Technician, you’ll be working directly in substrate prep and block production - the starting point for every mushroom we grow. This role is physical, detail-focused, and requires consistency. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a focused, task-oriented team, this could be a good fit.
