Two River Farm is seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Worker to assist with daily operations on our diversified farm in Branchburg, New Jersey.This role supports crop production, landscaping, animal care, and general farm maintenance.The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable performing physical labor, and has an interest in agriculture and animal husbandry.Crop & Land Care -Perform routine weeding in property grounds, garden beds, and landscaped areas -Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining farm grounds -Help prepare soil, beds, and growing areas for planting and harvesting Hay & Field Work -Assist with hay operations including stacking, loading, and storing hay -Support general field maintenance and seasonal farm projects Animal Care -Help feed, water, and monitor livestock including:-Chickens -Ducks -Game birds -Cattle -Goats -Clean animal housing, coops, pens, and surrounding areas -Assist with basic health monitoring and report concerns to farm management Farm Maintenance & Cleaning -Clean and maintain barns, work areas, equipment, and storage spaces -Assist with general farm upkeep and organization -Follow safety procedures while using tools and equipment -No prior farm experience required (training provided) -Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions -Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks -Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn -Interest in farming, animals, or land stewardship preferred -Full Time -Some early mornings, evenings, or weekend work may be required -Strong work ethic and positive attitude -Experience with small equipment (Mowers, weed eaters, UTV) -Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team -Attention to detail when caring for animals and maintaining farm spaces This position involves outdoor agricultural work on an active farm and includes exposure to animals, farm equipment, dust, hay, and varying seasonal conditions.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
