Multi-time President's Council Award-winning team in Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life Proven system for developing high-income agency owners The Protégé Program As a Protégé, you'll receive real-world training in: Sales and client acquisition Marketing and lead generation Automation and operational efficiency Financial and growth strategies used by top-performing Farmers agents Upon completion, you'll have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to open and scale your own independent Farmers agency. Earning Potential During the program, you'll receive: Base salary Commission Performance-based bonuses After launching an agency, many agents in Dave Gamble's district earn $200,000+ in combined commissions and bonuses within their first year, with income continuing to grow through new business production and renewal revenue every year.
