POSITION SUMMARY The Crew Member is responsible for delivering the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience to every guest. This role focuses on friendly, fast, and accurate service, quality product preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment. Crew Members are the face of the brand and play a direct role in guest satisfaction and repeat business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Always provide enthusiastic and excellent customer service while modeling Cold Stone Creamery standards. Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service and escalate any guest concerns that arise during the shift. Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream creations and cakes as needed. Suggestively sell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and point of sale register procedures. Successfully complete all shift checklists. Restock products and supplies throughout the shift. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary customer and employee areas. Maintain a safe and secure work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist the Store Manager and Shift Leader with checking in, unpacking, and properly storing product orders. Adhere to the Cold Stone Creamery Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Experience (QSCE) Handbook. Ensure product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and speed of service meet or exceed brand expectations. Drive positive guest feedback, online reviews, and repeat visits. Monitor the safety program to ensure that all employees work in a safe and hazard-free environment that complies with various local, state, and federal safety requirements. Work effectively with co-workers while communicating in a positive and respectful manner. Shift checklists and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. Meet QSCE handbook standards. JOB QUALIFICATIONS No prior experience required. Bright, outgoing, and personable demeanor. Strong willingness to go the extra mile for guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to communicate clearly and follow direction. Hear and speak English fluently. Valid driver's license. Must be 18+ years old Need to be able to work at least 20 hours weekly PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and move safely over uneven terrain. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires. Ability to travel by automobile. Ability to communicate clearly and follow direction. Hear and speak English fluently. Valid driver's license. ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe. State or county food handler card as required.
