Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Prepare food items efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions securely. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food handling protocols. Assist with food safety practices including proper food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. Support team members in various roles such as cashiering, food prep, or serving to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and sales calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and cleaning. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
