Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support kitchen operations through basic food preparation tasks and food industry best practices Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, register balancing, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting Join us to bring energy, efficiency, and a smile to every guest experience!
