Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining cleanliness standards.Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and satisfied.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, gain retail experience, and thrive in the food industry.Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment through regular bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Support team members with food preparation, inventory management, and basic math calculations for retail math or grocery store operations Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Previous restaurant or caf experience is advantageous; experience in retail math or grocery store operations is a bonus Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service that keeps our customers coming back!
