FedEx Delivery Driver - Pittsburg, KS We are a FedEx Independent Service Provider operating out of Pittsburg, KS, and we are hiring multiple pickup and delivery drivers to service routes in the surrounding area.This position involves delivering and picking up packages at both business and residential locations.It is a physically demanding, fast-paced job that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Job Overview Your workday begins at the FedEx terminal, where packages are sorted and loaded into your delivery vehicle.Once loading is complete, you will dispatch to your assigned route, complete all scheduled deliveries and pickups, and return to the terminal when the route is finished.There is no guaranteed end time.Most drivers return between 4:00-6:00 PM, but all packages must be delivered daily, so routes run until complete.Compensation & Benefits $800-$1200 per week depending on experience Monthly safety bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days Paid vacation and 401(k) available after 1 year Paid training Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs (with a dolly as required) Must be available to work Mondays and Saturdays Must be available to work full shifts until routes are complete 1 year of previous driving experience preferred Non-CDL position Ability to safely operate a box truck, including backing into docks, driveways, and tight spaces without damaging vehicles or property What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual--attendance matters Comfortable working independently and managing time Safety-focused with good situational awareness Professional when interacting with customers How to Apply If you're interested, respond with a brief summary of your driving experience and any questions you may have.This is a solid job for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things right.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Application Question(s):All applicants must be 21 years old or older to be hired.Do you meet this requirement?
