Our Company: We are an established, fast-growing, and employee-oriented logistics company. Our newest venture is with FEDEX Ground servicing Last Mile delivery routes in the Davenport, FL areas. Who Were Looking For: All candidates must have At Least 1 years of delivery experience (Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Amazon, Fedex, etc) Be willing to Work (5) days a week Must be able to meet daily stop qouta: 100+ stops in Rural Routes 160 - 180+ stops in City/Rural Routes 180 -220 + stops in City Routes ****Please note we work 10-12 hours a day on a (4/5) day work week. All Candidates Must Be: Candidate must be able to pass Background and Drug Screen Responsibilities: Deliver packages to local homes and businesses within a designated territory (Route). Responsibilities Deliver parcels to homes and businesses in the local area Follow routes parcel sequence and pick up time schedules Load, unload, prepare, and inspect parcels Operate and oversee daily operations of delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients complaints Complete logs and reports Benefits: Referral program Day range: Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends are mandatory Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Experience level: 2 years Shift: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Application Question(s): Do you have at least 1 years of Fedex Ground experience?
