QIC Corp FedEx Delivery Driver: Full-Time or Part-Time position. Paid training! Home for Dinner! Day Time Shifts only (8-5) Hiring for weekends, PT, or FT starting $20/hour, then day 60 increase to $21/hour or Daily Rate pay ($168/day) Full-Time (36+hours) Benefits Include:Owner pays 100% of Dental, Vision, & $15 K Life Insurance and 50% of medical benefit for the driver; includes PTO monthly & yearly Safety Bonus Pay -Deliver independently (solo), a wide variety of packages to businesses and residential homes, in Western Shawnee & Lenexa , in a FedEx vehicle.-Use of a GPS system, deliver packages, follow safety & DOT regulations, and maintain time. We do not micromanage! -A general day in the life of a QIC FedEx Pick-up & Delivery Driver consists of beginning the day between 8:00-9:00 AM, delivering in a favorable delivery area (W.Shawnee/Lenexa). Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid Driver's License No CDL necessary Must be able to pass a background check, drug test (no MJ, nor MJ prescriptions), and DOT physical.All expenses paid by employer. No DUI's FMCSA requires commercial drivers to read, speak, and understand English. Absolutely must be reliable, intention for long-term growth, have a positive attitude, positive self-initiative, good communication, customer service, & decision-making skills.
