FedEx Pickup/Delivery Driver

About us Alwayz Movin Transport Inc is a last mile package delivery company for Fedex Ground seeking a reliable and experienced FedEx Delivery Driver to join our team in Delaware County. Candidates will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial locations in a timely and safe manner. As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. We are hiring for local pickup and delivery. You will be handling a mix of deliveries for residential and commercial addresses.. We expect 20 stops per hour, on average. This is a physically demanding job. You will be expected to safely deliver all sized packages including packages up to 150lbs. Each truck is supplied with a hand truck to assist with these large or multi package deliveries. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Pre and Post trip inspections -Filling out SLF paperwork -Operate a truck safely and efficiently -sorting and loading of your truck -reviewing pickup listings -Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations -Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of packages -Pick up packages from businesses and return to the FedEx facility -Provide excellent customer service to all customers -Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor -Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations -Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck -monthly safety courses ( through phone app) -Fueling the truck when needed You need to have a smartphone and will be required to download 3 apps. a payroll app safety course app route delivery app Qualifications: Clean background/ criminal record. A 3rd party will run a background check. Class C driving license Clean driving record. No Cell Phone Tickets or suspended licenses. No accidents or no more than one moving violation. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening MUST have 1 year driving experience within the last 3 years or 5 years driving in the last 10 years Legal status to work in the USA Must have strong communication skills Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest Must be able to pass a Certification class and training Clear a 10 year DOT background check.
