Direct Support Professional (DSP) Competitive Pay | Flexible Hours | Cases Near You ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. We are a DDD-focused agency offering consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team that sets DSPs up for success. Position Overview As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands-on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Schedule: Saturday: 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm Sunday: 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm Monday: 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm Tuesday: 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm (20hours per week) Long term spot!!
