Position Overview We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our crew as Fence Erectors for a seasonal project located in Eastern Oregon.This position involves demanding physical labor in rugged outdoor conditions, including replacing and removing existing fence lines.If you take pride in honest work, can handle long days outdoors, and want to be part of a crew that gets things done right, this job is for you.Key Responsibilities Remove old fencing materials safely and efficiently Install and rebuild fence lines according to project specifications Carry materials, posts, tools, and equipment over uneven terrain Use hand tools and power tools properly and safely Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow safety guidelines and crew leader instructions at all times Maintain a clean and organized worksite Physical & Work Requirements Ability to perform hard physical labor for extended periods Must be able to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials repeatedly Comfortable working in remote forest environments Ability to walk, bend, dig, climb, and stand for long hours Strong work ethic and willingness to push through tough days Qualifications Previous fencing, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full project season Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive starting wage of $23.88/hour Seasonal employment with consistent work from April through November Opportunity to work in a unique outdoor setting and build real, hands-on experience Pay:From $23.88 per hour Work Location:In person.
