Husek Brothers Fencing is a fast-growing, professional fence company based in Newport, NC looking to partner with experienced, high-quality fence installation crews on a 1099 subcontractor basis.We have a high volume of residential and commercial projects year-round and need reliable crews who take pride in their craftsmanship.Why Partner With Us? Steady Work, Weekly Pay -- We keep your schedule full with a high volume of fence projects year-round.Compensation is per-project based on our labor rate schedule, and payment is made via direct deposit every Friday.No chasing invoices.We Provide All Materials -- Our dedicated Runners deliver all fencing materials directly to your job site.Your crew focuses on installation, not material pickups or logistics.Professional Partnership -- Clear communication, organized project management, and a team that respects your time and expertise.We treat our subcontractors as valued partners.All Fence Types -- Wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link installation, repair, and removal.We match projects to your crew's strengths.Requirements: Proven fence installation experience (minimum 2 years preferred) - Must provide your own tools, truck and trailer. Must carry Commercial General Liability insurance ($1M/$2M), Workers' Compensation, and Employer's Liability coverage - Commercial Auto Liability required - Must be willing to name Husek Brothers Fencing as Additional Insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (ACORD 25) - Commitment to OSHA compliance, clean job sites, and professional conduct - 1-year workmanship warranty on completed projects This is a 1099 independent contractor position -- you control your own crew.We provide the projects, materials, and support.We look forward to building with you!
