We're currently hiring:1 Fence Foreman / Lead Installer 2 Fence Installers to join our growing team.What sets us apart? Responsibilities Install residential and commercial fencing including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain link Measure and lay out fence lines accurately Dig post holes and set posts with concrete Ensure fences are installed level, secure, and to company standards Remove and replace existing fencing when needed Operate tools and equipment such as augers, post drivers, saws, and levels Maintain clean and safe job sites Work outdoors in all weather conditions Foreman / Lead Installer responsibilities also include:Leading and managing installation crews Reading layouts and organizing daily job tasks Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and correctly Training and guiding crew members when needed Requirements Valid Driver's License (Required) Fence installation experience preferred 3years experience for Foreman / Lead Installer Ability to lift 50lbs regularly Ability to stand, dig, bend, and work physically for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and reliability Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits & Compensation Foreman / Lead Installer:$300-600 Per Day Installers:$22 - $30 per hour Performance bonuses Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Benefits 401(k) with Company Matching $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Why Work With Us?
