StormGuard Fence is looking for a reliable, hard-working Fence Installer to join our growing team.We are a locally owned company based in Denville, NJ, focused on delivering high-quality fence installations with professionalism and efficiency.This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast pace.Responsibilities:Install residential and commercial fencing (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link) Dig post holes and set posts in concrete Measure, level, and align fence sections properly Load and unload materials and tools Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently as part of a small crew Requirements:Prior construction or fence installation experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, working outdoors in all weather) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be dependable and show up on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Denville required Compensation:Pay based on experience Opportunity for growth as the company expands Consistent work for motivated individuals Work Details:Based out of Denville, NJ Typical hours:Daytime (weather dependent) Occasional long days depending on project workload Why Work With Us:Tight-knit team environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company Steady work and hands-on experience If you're someone who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a team that gets the job done right, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today or text Jon at (908) 739-1216 to get started.Pay:$200.00 - $300.00 per day Work Location:In person.
