Fiber Design Technician

A company is looking for a Fiber Design Technician to support the design and maintenance of outside plant fiber networks. Key Responsibilities Design and document fiber routes, splice layouts, and handhole placements for service requests Create and maintain fiber splice records and documentation in relevant systems Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to resolve design issues and support service activities Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Outside Plant Engineering, Fiber Design, or a related field Working knowledge of OSP fiber networks, splicing concepts, and fiber routing Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to adapt quickly in a production environment and collaborate across teams
