We are looking for motivated, outgoing sales representatives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for college students, recent high school graduates, experienced salespeople, or anyone looking to build strong sales skills and earn based on performance. Our company gives reps the opportunity to sell AT&T Fiber Optic Internet(both commerical and residential , DIRECTV streaming services , and Vivint home security solutions . Most of our sales are done through door-to-door canvassing , but we are also open to representatives using social media marketing, referrals, networking, and other approved lead-generation methods to bring in customers. This is a commission-only position with no base pay . Your income is based on your sales performance, so motivated reps have the opportunity to earn more based on the effort they put in. Responsibilities include: Meeting with potential customers in assigned neighborhoods or territories Explaining available internet, TV streaming, and home security options Answering customer questions in a professional and honest way Submitting orders accurately through the approved sales system Following company training, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements Maintaining a positive and professional image while representing the company Generating leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and approved online marketing methods Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation to get to and from assigned sales territories Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Willing to learn and follow a proven sales process Prior sales experience is helpful but not required What we offer: Commission-based earning opportunity Training and support provided Opportunity to sell multiple in-demand services Flexible growth opportunity for high-performing reps Room to move into leadership or team lead roles Great opportunity for people looking to gain real-world sales experience This position is best for someone who is confident, motivated, and ready to work hard.
