Fiduciary Relationship Manager – Special Needs & Trust Administration Dallas, TX | $130K - $160K + Great Bonus We’ve partnered with a specialized fiduciary organization seeking an experienced Fiduciary Relationship Manager to support high-touch client relationships involving Special Needs Trusts, estate administration matters, and complex fiduciary accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical trust administration expertise with meaningful relationship management. The individual will work closely with beneficiaries, caregivers, family members, attorneys, and advisors while overseeing sensitive and often complex trust matters. The environment is collaborative, boutique-style, and relationship-driven, offering significantly more client interaction and ownership than many large institutional platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing administration for Special Needs Trusts and related fiduciary relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for beneficiaries, families, caregivers, and professional advisors Assist with trust distributions while maintaining awareness of SSI, Medicaid, and public benefit considerations Coordinate with estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and investment professionals Review and interpret trust documents to ensure accurate and compliant administration Support estate settlement and probate-related processes when applicable Partner with internal trust operations and administrative teams to deliver a high-quality client experience Maintain detailed records, fiduciary documentation, and relationship communications Help identify potential risks and proactively address client needs Desired Background 7+ years of fiduciary, trust administration, or estate administration experience Exposure to Special Needs Trusts, fiduciary account management, or estate settlement matters Strong understanding of trust operations and fiduciary responsibilities Familiarity with Medicaid, SSI, and public benefit considerations is highly preferred Experience working directly with high-net-worth families and external advisors Strong communication, empathy, and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously in a client-focused environment Preferred Qualifications CTFA preferred JD, CFP, or CPA considered a plus Background from a trust company, wealth management firm, private bank, family office, or fiduciary organization strongly preferred MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
