About DapuStor DapuStor Corporation (DapuStor), founded in April 2016, is a manufacturer of high-end enterprise solid-state drives (SSD), SOC, and edge computing-related products. With world-class R&D strength and team of 420, it has comprehensive capabilities from chip design and product development, to mass production. DapuStor products are used world-wide, at some of the largest companies in the world, in servers, data centers and AI applications. Responsibilities • Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and addressing inquiries regarding DapuStor’s product portfolio. • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and product presentations tailored to the US market. • Hardware analysis: Help customers identify technical requirements, track feedback, and recommend optimized hardware solutions. • Testing & Validation: Assist customers with SSD evaluation and testing to ensure seamless compatibility between DapuStor products and customer architectures. • Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update product roadmaps, technical documentation, and sales collateral necessary to close deals. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields). • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • SSD Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of SSD and server technology; ability to independently perform platform testing and troubleshooting. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration skills with the drive to lead technical engagements and evolve into a solution expert. • Technical Stack: Familiarity with Linux environments and databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL) is a plus. • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the SSD market, including current technological trends and the competitive landscape. • Travel: Ability to travel internationally and represent the company at industry events and conferences (10-15%) • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or Portuguese is a preferred. Additional Information This role is a fully remote role. It is preferred that the candidate lives in California.
