Job Description: Summary: The individual will be working at various asphalt plants and terminals in the Central Ohio region, supporting production of hot-mix asphalt through plant upgrades, maintenance and repairs. Working environment is a combination of indoor and outdoor. This role will be 1stshift with the potential for nights and weekends . Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work both supervised and unsupervised Perform tasks in a timely manner Work both efficiently and safely while adhering to applicable OSHA/MSHA guidelines Must value his and other team members' safety as the number 1 priority Work in various environments Operate company equipment Submit necessary paperwork as needed Complete necessary training as prescribed by the company Get along with others and represent the company in a positive manner Follow direction of supervisors and other project team members Willing to fill in, when needed, to perform other duties at the Asphalt Plant (Ground Man or Loader Man) Qualifications:
