Job Description The Communications Systems Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of field communication networks supporting oil and gas operations. This role works closely with operations, automation, IT, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data and voice communications across field assets. The position requires strong technical expertise in wireless communications, networking, and field infrastructure, along with a commitment to safety and operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesField Communications & Network Management Design, install, and maintain wireless communication systems, including point-to-point and point-to-multipoint networks Monitor network performance and troubleshoot communication outages or system failures Ensure reliability and integrity of communication infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and associated hardware Perform line-of-sight (LOS) analysis and support network expansion planning Technical Support & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, radio frequency (RF) systems, and communication equipment Support field personnel with communication system training and troubleshooting Maintain firmware, configurations, and system updates for communication devices Project Coordination & Execution Coordinate installation and maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams Oversee contractor work to ensure
