Bluescape Vacation Rentals Lower Florida Keys Bluescape Vacation Rentals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Inspector to help maintain the quality and presentation of our growing portfolio of vacation rental homes and RV lots throughout the Lower Florida Keys.This role is responsible for inspecting properties between guest stays to ensure they are clean, properly maintained, and ready for incoming guests.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing the high standards of the Bluescape brand.Key Responsibilities Conduct post-clean inspections of vacation rental homes and RV lots to ensure properties meet company standards before guest arrival Verify cleanliness, staging, and overall presentation of each property Confirm all amenities, appliances, and systems are functioning properly Ensure starter supplies and guest items are properly stocked and arranged Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to the office Perform light maintenance tasks such as: Replacing air filters Changing light bulbs Minor adjustments or simple repairs Photograph and document property conditions when needed Ensure outdoor areas, docks, patios, and RV lots are clean and guest-ready Verify property access instructions, lock systems, and entry points are working properly Communicate regularly with the office team regarding property status and any concerns Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to notice small issues before guests do Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, checklists, and communication Basic handyman or maintenance skills preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to move between multiple properties throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical tasks Preferred Experience Vacation rental, property management, hospitality, or maintenance experience Familiarity with inspection checklists and quality control processes What We Offer Flexible work environment Opportunity to work with a growing vacation rental company Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience About Bluescape Vacation Rentals Bluescape Vacation Rentals manages over 110 vacation rental properties throughout the Lower Florida Keys , providing guests with exceptional vacation experiences while delivering outstanding service to property owners.Our team takes pride in maintaining high standards, attention to detail, and the welcoming island hospitality that the Florida Keys are known for.Pay:$25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
