At Anchor Health, we deeply appreciate the privilege of being welcomed into the family circle to provide care for our neighbors' beloved family members.Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking motivated individuals to support our growing operations in Oakland, Michigan.This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and driving referrals in the healthcare space.Responsibilities:Build and maintain referral relationships Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources Promote Anchor Health's homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals Track outreach efforts and report activity and results Work independently to grow territory with minimal provided leads Compensation & Benefits:$24-$28 hourly Commission paid per Start of Care Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding homecare organization Requirements:Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license Comfortable working independently with limited leads provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills English and Arabic speaking required Previous healthcare or field marketing experience preferred but not required If you are driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a territory from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s):Do you have a valid Driver's License?
