Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing in-store marketing initiatives across Palenque Group locations in Laredo and Cotulla. This role focuses on driving traffic, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting local store performance through hands-on marketing efforts. The position requires frequent travel between locations and close collaboration with restaurant leadership to implement campaigns, promotions, and brand activations at the store level. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong focus on community engagement and operational execution. Bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills are required to effectively connect with team members, customers, and the local community.
