Field Merchandiser The Field Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising initiatives at the store level across multiple locations to ensure a consistent, engaging, and on-brand customer experience. This role supports merchandising standards by maintaining planograms, pricing, and point-of-sale materials, while collaborating closely with internal teams and vendor partners. The Field Merchandiser plays a key role in store resets, new store openings, and ongoing merchandising improvements, requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Executing merchandising projects at store level across multiple outlets Ensure all merchandising guidelines are being followed Direct communication with various internal departments as well as our vendor partners Maintaining planograms, pricing and POS Providing exceptional customer service Creating/improving merchandising solutions Managing time and workload to ensure assigned stores receive continuous support Attending/Assisting in multiple planned resets Assisting in all New Store opening set up processes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision A competitive mindset and the drive to be the best Strong Communication, organizational skills and possess a high energy level Retail and/or food service experience would be an asset A desire to be physically active and work in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Required: High School diploma required, University/College is an asset A Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours. Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
