The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure at various client locations. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in field environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. Conduct site surveys and network assessments at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, both remotely and on-site. Implement network security measures in line with industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient network operations. Provide support for network upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure compliance with client-specific networking policies and standards. Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Required Qualifications: Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with WAN/LAN architecture, VPNs, wireless technologies, and VLAN configuration.
