Field Operations Assistant

Job Title: Field Operations Assistant (Bilingual), Luxury Residential Cleaning Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish. US Driver’s License. Role: W2, Full Time New Image Cleaning Services is a family-owned, faith-driven cleaning company serving homes and businesses across the Valley for over 20 years. We believe cleaning is about more than appearance. We are growing and looking for a highly dependable, hardworking, bilingual Field Operations Assistant to support our Residential Field Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business. This is NOT a desk-only office job. This role is for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, helping people, staying busy, supporting teams, and rolling up their sleeves wherever needed. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting cleaners, clients, supplies, training, quality checks, scheduling support, and operational coordination. The right person is: Positive and energetic Highly dependable Professional and confident Organized and proactive Calm under pressure Comfortable directing and coaching others Strong communicator Service-minded Humble and hardworking Willing to jump in wherever needed Able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Include: Supporting daily residential operations Assisting with schedules, call-outs, and operational support Supporting cleaners and field teams Conducting quality checks and spot checks Training and coaching cleaners Delivering supplies and equipment Helping resolve client concerns professionally Supporting phone calls and communication with clients and employees Helping keep operations organized and running smoothly Working closely with leadership and field operations Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish Cleaning industry experience strongly preferred Strong people and communication skills Comfortable speaking professionally with clients in their homes Basic computer and smartphone skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to pass background check Able to lift supplies/equipment and work actively throughout the day Compensation: $20-23/hour depending on experience and fit About New Image: We are building something special.
