Field Operations Associate — Luxury Residential Construction Dallas–Fort Worth, TX | Contract-to-Hir

We are a luxury custom home development company building high-end residential estates across Denton County and the greater DFW area. We are looking for a hands-on field operator who can support site operations, coordinate trades, and execute no micromanagement, no excuses. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The right person transitions to a permanent role. What You Will Handle On-site support and oversight during active residential builds Carpentry framing, finish work, punch list items, general repairs Heavy equipment and Bobcat operation as needed Subcontractor coordination scheduling, quality checks, accountability Daily site walkthroughs, condition reporting, and flagging issues to the Build Manager Ensuring build site standards are maintained at every phase What We Need From You 5+ years of hands-on field experience in residential construction Carpentry skills required framing and finish work Heavy equipment operation (Bobcat or similar) required General contracting background strongly preferred Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule on-site Denton County / DFW availability must be on-site every active build day Strong work ethic and professional communication with leadership What You Can Expect $25.00/hr | Up to $1,000/week 6-month contract with clear pathway to permanent hire based on performance Field-based work on luxury residential builds worth putting your name on Leadership that respects field expertise and stays out of your way Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
