We want people who are here to be roofing superstars. The Role We're looking for a Field Operations Lead to own the production side of our business. You'll be the person who makes sure every job runs clean, on time, and on budget. This is a high-accountability role with real upside for someone who takes pride in their work and knows roofing inside and out. What You'll Do Pull measurements and build material lists for upcoming jobs Coordinate scheduling with subcontractor crews Communicate job scope and expectations to crews before each install Conduct pre-install and post-install walkthroughs on every job Document job progress and quality using CompanyCam Flag any issues to ownership before they become problems Ensure every job meets our quality and warranty standards Ensure every jobsite is cleaned flawlessly, we leave the project better than we found it How You'll Be Paid $50,000 base salary $200 bonus per job completed on time and on budget $500 bonus every month with zero callbacks Total OTE of $75,000 to $85,000+ based on performance Your bonus grows as our volume grows. As we scale, so does your paycheck.
