Our Field Operations team plays a critical role in keeping projects moving, supporting Superintendents, and ensuring operational success across multiple jobsites. We are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced construction environments, understands the technical side of concrete construction, and can lead field operations with confidence and accountability. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage field operations within your assigned area, supporting project success from start to finish Support Superintendents and project teams with production, manpower planning, scheduling, and operational needs Ensure all projects maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Executives to monitor labor, materials, budgets, and job costs Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with project goals Coordinate manpower and equipment between projects and assist with resource planning across multiple jobsites Act as the primary problem solver for field issues that escalate beyond Superintendent level Partner with Safety to reinforce and implement company safety initiatives and culture Conduct regular documented safety observations and participate in operational safety discussions Review and analyze two-week look-ahead schedules with Superintendents Coordinate finishing schedules with division leadership and support project execution planning Build and maintain strong working relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and customers Participate in preconstruction meetings, kick-off meetings, pre-pour meetings, operations meetings, and other project discussions Ensure communication is maintained between Superintendents and Project Managers regarding daily jobsite activity Support training and development efforts for field personnel and future leadership growth Maintain consistency in operational procedures across all assigned projects Assist with business development efforts and presales site visits when needed What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who: Leads confidently in fast-paced, high-demand construction environments Understands the technical and operational side of concrete construction Builds strong relationships with field teams, customers, and leadership Can effectively balance manpower, production goals, scheduling, and safety expectations Approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset Communicates clearly and professionally with all levels of project teams Enjoys mentoring Superintendents and helping teams succeed Candidates Should Have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, tilt-up, or multi-story construction Strong knowledge of concrete construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documents Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and field teams simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Include: OSHA Certification TCA or ACI Certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) Work Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel based on project and operational needs Flexibility with work hours depending on project demands Ability to actively support multiple jobsites and field teams Comfortable spending significant time onsite and engaged with operations Physical & Field Requirements: This is an active, field-based position requiring regular presence on construction jobsites. The role regularly includes: Walking and standing for extended periods Navigating large, active jobsites and uneven terrain Climbing stairs, ladders, and accessing elevated work areas Bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching as needed Working in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) Wearing required PPE at all times Lifting and car
