Field Operations Supervisor and Training Manager Job Type:Full-Time Schedule:Day Shift, No Nights, Limited Weekends Industry:Pest Control / Outdoor Services Experience Level:Supervisor / Operations Management The Job Mosquito Joe is hiring a Field Operations Supervisor and Training Manager to lead our service professionals' team and oversee daily field operations.This role is for someone with a growth mindset who leads from the front -- working alongside the crew, setting clear expectations, setting people up for success, and making sure work is done right every day.If you have led crews in pest control, landscaping, lawn care, utilities, construction, facilities, delivery, or other route-based service work, this role will feel familiar.We provide outdoor pest-control only -- mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, ants, beetles, spiders, rodents, and other outdoor pests.No crawl spaces.No attics.No indoor work.What You'll Do Lead, create, and support a team of field technicians, i.e., service professionals Set and run daily field operations including routes, timing, and service quality Train new technicians and coach current techs in the field Conduct morning meetings, ride-alongs, and field checks to maintain standards Make sure trucks, equipment, and supplies are working, stocked, and ready each day Have a plan, set clear expectations, and hold technicians accountable Review and enforce regulations, safety practices, and professional behavior Support a strong brand reputation through direct dealings with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate field performance, staffing needs, and challenges to management This is a field-first leadership role.You will spend most of your time supporting technicians and creating an environment where your team can thrive and grow, not sitting behind a desk.This Role Is a Good Fit If You:Have experience successfully training and leading crews or route-based teams Have excellent communication skills and believe in clear expectations and follow-through Lead by example and earn respect through action Are comfortable coaching and giving directions and feedback Take pride in doing quality work, running clean operations, and offering green solutions Want steady, full-time work with daytime hours Care about details, safety, efficiency, and team performance Want to help people stay healthy and enjoy their property and home/business Preferred Experience and Abilities Prior crew lead, supervisor, or field leadership experience Background in pest control, landscaping, lawn care, utilities, construction, or service routes Ability to efficiently set and manage daily schedules, routes, and priorities Comfortable using mobile apps, basic computer programs, and reading reports.Ability to work outdoors even when it's hot and to lift up to 60 pounds Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) Applicator License Valid drivers license and clean driving record Pay & Benefits Competitive salary $44,000 - $52,000 a year (depending on experience and what you bring to the position) Full-time, year-round position with workload tied to business' seasonal activity No nights.Limited weekends.Holidays off.Paid training -- we'll teach our system Performance bonuses and recognition Career opportunities to grow as the business expands Why Work at Mosquito Joe We provide excellent service, treat our people with respect, and value leaders who take ownership of their teams.If you are looking for a hands-on leadership role where your experience matters and your work is recognized, we'd like to talk with you.Apply today.Qualified candidates will be contacted quickly..
