Looking for a Registered Nurse to do conduct field visits for a home health agency. Job Details Must be caring and attentive to patients when providing in-home care Must have great communication skills to report patient conditions to office staff Must chart in a timely manner according to local/federal guidelines Must submit route sheets in a timely manner Participation in monthly in-services (available through digital platforms) Requirements Home health experience preferred, but orientation available if no experience. Proof of current and active license in California, physical exam, chest x-ray/PPD, auto insurance, CPR license, and driver's license Knowledge of OASIS, but orientation available if questions arise Language: English Spanish Mandarin Cantonese Tagalog Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
