About the Role In this role, you'll provide onsite support for Ricoh multifunction devices and PPID label printers across healthcare and office environments. You'll troubleshoot issues, perform installations, deliver supplies, and work directly with customers and IT teams to keep essential equipment running smoothly. What You'll Do Respond to device alerts and service requests to keep equipment operational Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on multifunction devices and printers Install new equipment and update device firmware Partner with customer IT teams for network setup and connectivity Use remote support tools to minimize onsite dispatch when possible Deliver consumables and support new device rollouts Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and training as needed Travel between customer sites using a company vehicle What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license + required insurance Strong interest in technology, mechanics, or IT support Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and work hands-on
